Do you schedule tours?

How many guests can the venue accommodate?

Our venue can accommodate up to 100 guests.

What packages do we offer, and what’s included?

Can I see a contract?

We would love to email you our sample contract.

How do I reserve a date?

Upon signing your contract and paying your non-refundable deposit, your date will be reserved.

How much is the down payment and when is it due?

The deposit is 25% of your total rental cost.

Do we host more than one event on the same day?

No.

How far in advance can I reserve a date?

Up to 18 months in advance.

Is there an indoor and outdoor space?

Yes, we have both + Parking.

Who is in charge of setup/breakdown & clean up?

Shiloh Ridge will set up/ breakdown & clean up for an additional fee.

If you choose to not add on our service, you will be responsible for setup/breakdown.

Do we provide linens?

We have some table linens for your use.

Are real candles allowed for decorations?

Yes, but they MUST be contained in a glass container.

Is confetti and fake floral allowed?

Confetti & glitter is not allowed. You can decorate with fake floral, but anything being thrown on the ground must be fresh. Bird seed is allowed

Are fireworks and sparklers allowed?

Fireworks are not allowed. Sparklers are allowed on the gravel and sand bucket must be provided.

Do you have a list of preferred vendors?

Yes, we are more than happy to help refer any vendors you might need.

Do we offer an on-site wedding coordinator?

Yes, for an additional fee

Do the vendors I hire or use need to be licensed and insured?

Yes

Is there a kitchen available for caterers to use?

We have a prep kitchen for your use or for catering vendors to use.

Can I hire a band or a DJ?

Yes. The music cut off varies depending on weekday/weekend. Feel free to contact us with any questions.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Yes.

How many restrooms do we have?

We have 2 guest restrooms that are located in the barn and the brides room has a private restroom.

Are there separate suites to get ready in?

Yes. The Bridal Suite and Groom’s Room.

If it rains, what is the backup plan?

The ceremony will be moved inside the barn.

Do we offer overnight accommodations?

Yes, for an additional charge.
